Scramble, or if you really know your golf vocab, Texas Scramble, is the format of play for this event.

WTH is a Texas Scramble?!

Played with four-person teams, each player hits their own tee shot every hole. One of the tee shots is selected and all the players play their second shots from that spot. One of the second shots is then selected, and all players play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed. This format DOES also apply to par 3’s, in our case.

The Texas part of the scramble requires a minimum number of tee shots of each member of the team to be used during the round. In our case, just 1!

YES. Eagle’s Nest Country Club is a private club and, as guests, we want to be respectful to their members & staff. It will be required to abide by the club’s dress code policy during this event, which is as follows:

• Denim of any style or color is prohibited. Hats & visors must be worn properly forward.

• Shorts must be of mid-thigh length and exclude cut-offs, gym shorts, hot pants and cargo- style pants.

• For men, shirts without collars are prohibited & shirts must be tucked in.

• For women, shirts must cover the shoulder; tee shirts and tank tops are prohibited.

for this inaugural event, we are only selling teams (foursomes). However, you don’t need to have your team ready in order to register! If you’re worried about reserving your spot, you will be able to register your foursome, and edit the player information at a later time.

Only have 3 players? One of your team members drop out at the last minute? that’s okay! Simply rotate the player who hits the 4th shot :)

a cancellation fee of $250 will be charged for all withdraws requested by midnight of June 30th. all cancelations after june 30th will not be refunded.
